Jason has been Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education since 2004. Jason is a Miami native who earned his law degree at St. Thomas University School of Law and an LLM in taxation from the University of Florida School of Law. He went to college in Washington, DC at The American University.
His practice encompasses estate planning, probate, trust administration, and guardianship. Within estate planning, he has experience in modifying or amending irrevocable trusts that no longer function as intended due to changes in family circumstances, state or federal law, or the evolving needs of beneficiaries. Additionally, a key focus of his estate planning practice is safeguarding beneficiaries with special needs and protecting them from challenges such as irresponsible spending, creditor claims, divorce, and substance abuse.
